Collies has a strong R&D culture in real estate and publications help attract good candidates to the company. Colliers wants to create a de-facto standard of its technology and communicating the details helps spread the technology. Each research paper includes various statistics which are illustrated through infographics, graphs and tables. The important statistics and information from each finished research paper is then illustrated through a single page infographic which is not only added as print along with the research paper but also promoted digitally through social media and along with the publication.
The idea behind the design of the research paper was to keep it cohesive and make the design a standard for all future publications. The layout of each page changes depending on the infographics, graphs, and tables the page comprises. The infographics are carefully illustrated following the look and feel of the brand while also rightly depicting the information or statistic mentioned.
